Applecoat are able to design and build many different types of control panels including, G98/G99 and “G100 Export Restriction Panels”. Our latest development is the joint operating protection panel which gives you both G99 protection and G100 export restriction control all from the same panel.
The control panel works in conjunction with a free-standing rack panel which can hold as many contactors as you require for the system you are installing. This panel controlled 4 X 600 amp air operated contactors.

Servicing
Generally electrical panels can be expected to provide years of service whatever their function. It may be required to provide ongoing breakdown or even routine servicing for clients. We can advise, assist or provide this facility. This can range from providing telephone support to the customers maintenance staff, to providing guaranteed 24 hour on site support.
Modifications
It is not uncommon for existing installations to be modified or added to. This can result in a requirement to conduct extensive surveys on installations to be able to specify the best way to provide modifications.
This is all backed up by our onsite DNO Witness testing team, who have worked and tested in front of every DNO in the UK. This testing knowledge also aids our panel building team, because we know what is needed to make the onsite testing of your bespoke system as straight forward as possible.
